Charter Hall Group is an Australia-based property investment management company. The Company is focused on investing in core sectors, such as office, industrial, retail and diversified social infrastructure property portfolios. The Company operates through three segments: Property investments, Development investments, and Funds management. The Property investments segment is comprised of investments in property funds. Development investments comprises investments in developments. The Funds management comprises investment management services and property management services. It owns and manages various properties across Australia, from landmark city offices and industrial and logistics facilities, to local shopping centers and early learning centers. Its properties include 10 Shelley Street, 132-170 Andrews Rd, 6 Stewart Ave, 61 Mary Street, CoreWest Logistics Hub, Dandenong Distribution Centre, Edinburgh Parks Distribution Centre, No.1 Martin Place, and Pacific Square Shopping.
