Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum

The Directors of Charter Hall Retail Management Limited, the responsible entity of Charter Hall Retail REIT, would like to invite all Unitholders to the 2014 Annual Unitholders Meeting of the REIT, for a briefing on the REIT's operations for the 2014 financial year and to consider the matters set out in the enclosed Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum. The Meeting will be held on Friday, 17 October 2014 at 10:00am (Sydney time) at Level 20, 1 Martin Place, Sydney, NSW 2000.
