China Cable and Communication, Inc. operate in three segments: Analog Television Services, Digital Television Services and Highspeed Internet Services. During February 2003, the Company acquired Solar Touch Limited (Solar Touch) from Kingston Global Co. Limited (Kingston) in a reverse merger. Solar Touch, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Broadway Offshore Limited (Broadway Offshore), has owned a 49% equity interest in Baoding Pascali Broadcasting Cable TV Integrated Information Networking Co., Ltd. (the Joint Venture). The Joint Venture is a Sino-foreign joint venture established in the People's Republic of China, between Broadway Offshore and Baoding Pascali Multimedia Transmission Networking Co., Ltd. (Baoding Multimedia), which is a subsidiary of Baoding Pascali Group Co., Ltd. Prior to February 2003, the Company had no business operations. On May 6, 2003, Solar Touch transferred its 49% interest in the joint venture to Broadway Offshore.
