ANNOUNCEMENT CHANGE OF OFFICIAL WEBSITEIn order to further improve its businesses and investors service, China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited (the "Bank") will launch a new official website (www.citicbank.com) on Monday, 27 June 2016. At the same time, the address of the investor relations website used for publication of announcements, notices and other documents published on the designated websites of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be changed to ir.citicbank.com.
The Bank's existing official website (bank.ecitic.com) and investor relations website (bank.ecitic.com/eabout/inves/) will continue to be in service until 31 December 2016, after which date they will no longer be in use. The Bank's fax number, business address, postal code, investors hotline and email address remain unchanged. Please refer to the 2015 annual report of the Bank for details.
