China COSCO : Held the 28th Session of the 4th Board of Directors Meeting

On August 25, 2016, the 28th Session of the 4th Board of Directors Meeting (the 'Meeting') of China COSCO Holdings Co., Ltd. (the 'Company') held at the Ocean Hall, 5F, Ocean Hotel, No. 1171 Dongdaming Road, Shanghai and Multi-functional Hall on the 47F of COSCO Tower, in form of video-telephone conference. The Meeting was presided over by Mr. Wan Min, the Chairman of the Board, and was attended by company directors including Mr. Huang Xiaowen, Mr. Ye Weilong and Mr. Xu Zunwu. Along with Company Independent Director Ms. Fan Hsu Lai-Tai, Mr. Yang liangyi, Mr. Kwong Che Keung, Mr. Peter Guy Bowie attended the meeting on-site in Shanghai. Member of the Supervisory Committee Mr. Fu Xiangyang, Mr. Gao Ping, Ms. Zhang Li, Mr. Meng Yan and Mr. Zhang Jianping, Mr. Qiu Jinguang - Deputy manager of the Company, Mr. Deng Huangjun-CFO of the company, Mr. Guo Huawei - the Secretary of the Company also attended the Meeting. Ms. Sun Yueying, Director of the Board, was not able to attend the Meeting in person due to business engagements and authorized Mr. Huang Xiaowen, the Vice Chairman of the Board, to attend the Meeting and vote on her behalf at the Meeting. Mr. Sun Jiakang, Director of the Board, was not able to attend the Meeting in person due to business engagements and authorized Mr. Xu Zunwu, Executive Director of the Board, to attend the Meeting and vote on his behalf at the Meeting. Mr. Wang Yuhang, Director of the Board, was not able to attend the Meeting in person due to business engagements and authorized Mr. Xu Zunwu, Executive Director of the Board, to attend the Meeting and vote on his behalf at the Meeting. Eleven resolutions were considered and approved unanimously at the Meeting, including Report of the Audit Committee made by Chairman of the Audit Committee, Report on financial situations of China COSCO in the first half of 2016 and etc.
