VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT RESIGNATION OF DEPUTY EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Yan Xuejin has resigned as the deputy executive officer of the Company with effect from 1 April 2015.
The board of directors (the "Board") of China Environmental Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr. Yan Xuejin ("Mr. Yan") has resigned as the deputy executive officer of the Company with effect from 1 April 2015 because of his family needs.
Mr. Yan has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters relating to his resignation as the deputy executive officer that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Yan for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service as the deputy executive officer.
