China Haida Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of aluminum composite panels and aluminum single panels. It provides spray-painting services to a related party, which are considered ancillary services to the aluminum panel products. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary Jiangyin Litai Ornamental Materials Co., Ltd, is a manufacturer of aluminum panels in the People's Republic of China. Litai produces a range of aluminum composite panels (ACP) and aluminum single panels (ASP). It develops ACP of different color surfaces and various finishes, which are suitable for interior and exterior uses. ASP, which are single solid sheets of metal, are also suitable e for both interior and exterior applications in the construction of commercial, industrial, and residential buildings as well as in infrastructure projects. It has overseas export network in 20 countries including North and South America, Asia Pacific, and Europe.
