The Buyer Group included CNIT's chairman and CEO Mr. Jianghuai Lin, CNIT president and interim chief financial officer Mr. Zhiqiang Zhao, CNIT chief investment officer Mr. Junping Sun, and private investor Mr. Jinzhu Cai.
