Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of China Medical System Holdings Limited (the "Company"and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") dated 17 October 2017 in relation to the resignation of Ms. Sa Manlin as an executive director of the Company.

As stated in the Announcement, Ms. Sa has resigned as an executive director of the Company with effect from 17 October 2017 due to personal reasons. The Company would like to further supplement that the reason for Ms. Sa's resignation is due to her retirement and she has therefore resigned as an executive director of the Company and from all other positions held with the Group.

Except as disclosed above, all other information in the Announcement remains unchanged.
