Announcement on Approval of Qualifications of Senior Management

The Company recently received the Reply on Qualification of Lin Xiaoxuan of Minsheng Bank (Yinjian Fu 【 2017 】 No.244) and the Reply on Qualification of Hu Qinghua of Minsheng Bank (Yinjian Fu 【 2017 】 No.245) from the CBRC, which approved the qualifications of Lin Xiaoxuan as the Chief Information Officer and Hu Qinghua as the Chief Risk Officer of Minsheng Bank, respectively.
