China Oilfield Services : COSL Won an Outstanding Award for Logging in a Competition in Tarim Oilfield

China Oilfield Services Limited ("COSL") has recently won an "Outstanding Team Award" in a service competition hosted in Tarim Oilfield.

This service competition is co-organized by the local authority and PetroChina Tarim Oil Company, aiming at paying tribute to outstanding teams and individuals performing oilfield service operations in Tarim Oilfield in 2014..Participating in the logging category in this competition were 29 teams from lots of oilfield services providers including CNPC, Sinopec and Schlumberger. The participants represented a wide scale that guarantees intense competition. With outstanding professional integrity and technical standards, high service quality and excellent teamwork, a logging team from COSL stood above its peers and won an "Outstanding Team Award", the only team that won the award in this category.

COSL has completed many operations of high difficulties, including HPHT wells, high deviated wells and 1,500-meter pipe conveyed logging, etc., in Tarim Oilfield in 2014, leveraging its high efficiency and high quality work, thereby won good assessment and recognitions from the clients. COSL has been providing logging services in Tarim for almost thirty years since discovery of this Oilfield in the late 1980s. This award is helpful for COSL to raise its brand effect and solid basis for expanding relevant businesses in the area.
