CHINA OILFIELD SERVICES LIMITED China Oilfield Services Limited ("COSL" or the "Company), since it entered the Mexico market in 2007, is well-recognized by Petróleos Mexicanos ("PEMEX") for its outstanding service capabilities and excellent safe production record. In 2011, the module rig COSL4 won a safe production award from PEMEX with its cumulative 1,456 days of no-accident safe production record. Recently, the module rig COSL2 and the jack-up drilling rig HYSY936 received letters of endorsement from PEMEX for their cost reduction measures and high quality services.
As its reputation in the market gradually establishes, COSL is expanding its share in that market. Its equipment scale has grown from 4 module rigs from inception to 5 module rigs and 3 jack-up drilling rigs now, all with medium to long term contracts from oil companies.
So far, all rigs of COSL in Gulf of Mexico are in orderly operation.|
