This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.10B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Third Quarterly Report for 2015 of the Company is prepared in accordance with PRC Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises and has not been audited.
This announcement is prepared in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

As at the date of this announcement, the non-executive directors of the Company are Messrs. Liu Jian and Zeng Quan; the executive directors of the Company are Messrs. Li Yong and Li Feilong; and the independent non-executive directors of the Company are Messrs. Fong Wo, Felix, Law Hong Ping, Lawrence and Fong Chung, Mark.

The board of directors (the 'Board'), supervisory committee, and the directors, supervisors and senior management of China Oilfield Services Limited (the 'Company') assure for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the contents of the report, confirm that there are no material omissions and misrepresentations or serious misleading statements in this report and accept joint and several liability.
All directors of the Company attended the Board meeting for reviewing the report.
Mr. Li Yong, person in charge of the Company, Mr. Li Feilong, person in charge of the accounting work, and Mr. Liu Zhenyu, person in charge of the accounting office (the accountant in charge), have declared that they assure for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the financial statements in the report.
