Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Co. Ltd. was unveiled in Xiamen on November 7, which is a 50:50 joint venture established by Fujian Petrochemical Company Limited (FPCL) and Taiwan Xuteng Investment Company Limited for the construction of an integrated petrochemical complex at Gulei Petrochemical Base (ZGPB), in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, southeastern China. So far the Gulei Petrochemical project is the largest cross-Taiwan Strait cooperation project in petrochemical industry with a total investment of 27.8 billion yuan.

福建古雷石化有限公司揭牌成立

11月7日，福建古雷石化有限公司正式揭牌成立。古雷石化由福建炼油化工有限公司和台方旭腾投资有限公司以双方各占50%股份合资成立，将在福建漳州古雷石化园区投资建设炼化一体化项目。古雷石化项目总投资约278亿元，是迄今为止两岸最大的石化产业合作项目。
