Fuling shale gas field, China's first large shale gas field, has accumulatively supplied over 10 billion cubic meters (bcm) of gas, Sinopec announced on March 21. This signifies that China is speeding up the entry into large-scale commercial development phase. At present the gas sales of the field reaches 16 million cubic meters per day.

Sinopec expects its Fuling shale gas project to reach production capacity of 10 bcm/year by end of 2017, up from 7 bcm/year currently.

涪陵页岩气田供气破百亿立方米

3月21日，中国石化新闻办宣布，我国首个大型页岩气田--涪陵页岩气田累计供气突破100亿立方米。这标志着我国页岩气加速迈进大规模商业化发展阶段。目前，涪陵页岩气田日销售页岩气达1600万立方米。

截至目前，涪陵页岩气田已建成页岩气年产能70亿立方米，预计今年将建成年产能100亿立方米。（图／宋国梁）
