Net Generation Figures and Coal Production Volume of Coal Mines

Net Generation of Subsidiary Power Plants in the First Eleven Months of 2017 Increased by 5.4%

China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited ("CR Power", stock code: 0836)

today announced that total net generation of subsidiary power plants in November 2017 increased by 9.7% to 13,433,852 MWh from 12,243,571 MWh for the same period of 2016. Total net generation of subsidiary power plants for the first eleven months of 2017 increased by 5.4% to 143,840,921 MWh compared to 136,525,085 MWh for the same period last year.

On a same plant basis, total net generation of subsidiary coal-fired power plants for the first eleven months of 2017 increased by 0.8% compared to the same period of 2016.

Power plants located in Hebei, Guangdong, Hubei, Henan and Other provinces recorded 5.4%, 2.5%, 1.7%, 0.9% and 3.4% increases year on year, respectively. Power plants located in Jiangsu recorded 3.8% decrease year on year.

today announced that total coal production in November 2017 decreased by 1.2% to 1.318 million tonnes from 1.334 million tonnes for the same period last year. Total coal production for the first eleven months of 2017 decreased by 2.7% to 13.292 million tonnes compared to 13.666 million tonnes for the same period last year.
