References are made to the announcements of China South City Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 21 January 2014 and 29 January 2014 (the "2014 Announcements") in relation to the issuance of the 8.25% Senior Notes Due 2019 (the "2014 Notes") and the announcement dated 5 January 2017 in relation to the partial redemption of the 2014 Notes . Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the 2014 Announcements.

Pursuant to the terms of the indenture dated as of 29 January 2014 (as amended or supplemented from time to time, the "Indenture") entered into among the Company, the entities set forth in Schedule 1 thereto as Subsidiary Guarantors and Citicorp International Limited, as trustee (the "Trustee") in connection with the issuance of the 2014 Notes, the Company announces that it has, on 9 March 2017, informed the Trustee that the remaining balance of an aggregate amount of US$200,000,000 of the 2014 Notes, will be redeemed in full on 13 April 2017 ("Redemption

Upon completion of such redemption on the Redemption Date, all redeemed 2014 Notes will be cancelled and the 2014 Notes will be delisted from the official list of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
