The board of directors (the "Board") of China South City Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") recorded contracted sales of approximately HK$8,636 million for the year of FY2016/17 ended 31 March 2017, with gross floor area of approximately 1,083,000 sq. m. at an average selling price of approximately HK$8,000/sq. m.. As compared to the contracted sales of last year, it represents a year-on-year increase of 30.3% (FY2015/16 full year: HK$6,628 million). The contracted sales of the fourth quarter of FY2016/17 (from 1 January to 31 March 2017) was HK$1,897 million. As compared to the contracted sales of the fourth quarter of last fiscal year, it represents an increase of 25.5% (FY2015/16 fourth quarter: HK$1,511 million).
