China State Const Eng : 10-Billion Contract of Investment Signed By CSCEC 3rd Bureau

On July 10, 2014, "Contract of Investment on Binjiang Project (Baisha Shantytown Renovation) in Central Business District of Yichang City" was signed between China Construction Third Engineering Division Corp. Ltd (CSCEC 3rd Bureau) and the People's Government of Yichang City, signifying the official landing of the first key project to be built by CSCEC 3rd Bureau in the sub-center of Hubei Province.

Based on the Contract, CSCEC 3rd Bureau shall develop and operate the project in the mode of urban complex development with the investment value of over 10 billion yuan. The project includes 240m high-rise building to be the landmark of Yinchang City and 5-star hotel as the city card; Yichang New Commercial Center made up of large shopping mall and walking streetc of culture ; Headquarters Business Center consisting of international Grade-A office building and office building of financial institutions; as well as green low-carbon ecological demonstration area covering ecological green gallery, riverside theme park and green ecological residences.

With the total building area of 1,630,000sqm and the land area of 759mu (inclusive of the land of municipal road), the Binjiang Project aims to build the urban complex integrating commercial building, office building, residential building and ecological landscape, so as to become the new landmark of Eastern Chongqing City & Western Hubei Province upon its completion.(from CSCEC 3rd Bureau)
