　　On November 25, 2015, China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd (CSCEC 2nd Bureau) won the bid for the general contracting of Guangzhou Tianhe Olympics Sports Project with the contract value of RMB 700 million.

　　With the land occupation exceeding 100,000sqm and the total building area of nearly 330,000sqm, the Project, owned by China Resources Group, is a residential complex integrating primary school, commercial area, townhouses, high-rise residential buildings and elevated landscape bridges.
