    On July 8, 2014, Investment Construction and Procurement Contract on Resettlement Housing Project of Zhengzhou Economic & Technical Development Zone was signed between China Construction Seventh Engineering Division Corp. Ltd. (CSCEC 7th Bureau) and Zhengzhou Donghang Construction Group Co., Ltd. The total contract price is 3.15 billion yuan.

    With the total building area of 1,080,000㎡, Resettlement Housing Project of Zhengzhou Economic & Technical Development Zone is divided into three sub-projects, respectively Ruixiang Phase I (GFA of 337,000㎡), Ruixiu Phase I (GFA of 430,000㎡), and Ruichun Phase I (GFA of 315,000㎡). The project, upon its completion, will push the urban construction of Zhengzhou Economic & Technical Development Zone, guarantee the resettlement housing of relocated residents, ameliorate the basic living conditions of middle & low-income people, and create the good environment for people to live and work in peace and contentment.(from CSCEC 7th Bureau)
