  • 　　On November 25, 2015, the main structure of B Project of China World Trade Center III (CWTC III) was capped successfully by the contractor, China Construction First Building (Group) Corporation Ltd (CSCEC 1st Bureau).
    With the GFA of over 230,000sqm, the CWTC III is the landmark building of Beijing CBD, consisting of the main tower building (3BN), podium hotel building, commercial podium buildings (3BS) and basement. It is the commercial complex integrating offices, hotel, business entertainment and parking.
    In 30 years since 1985, CSCEC 1st Bureau has completed, one after another, all projects of one, two and three phases of CWTC, with the total building area exceeding 1,100,000sqm. (from CSCEC 1st Bureau)
