  • 　　On September 30, 2015, the main structure of the new air control tower at Wuhan Tianhe Airport (Phase 3) has been officially top-sealed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd (CSCEC 3rd Bureau) with the concrete provided by China West Construction Group Co., Ltd (CSCEC West Construction). With the height of 115m, the tower is the tallest control tower in China and the second tallest in the world.

    　　As the special auxiliary project of the Airport (Phrase III) Project, the Tower will take such responsibilities as commanding aircraft taking-off and landing, dealing with emergencies and releasing control instructions.
