China State Const Eng : Single Line Track Tunnel Cut-through in Chongqing

　　China Construction Eighth Engineering Pision Corp., Ltd (CSCEC 8th Bureau) has recently cut through successfully the Dahua Road Tunnel in Yuzhong District of Chongqing.
The Project is a spiral double-track tunnel in urban high drop (nearly 60m), with the left line being 415m and a radius of 100m. The right line, belonging to a minor radius spiral tunnel, has the length of about 475m and a radius of 110m.
The spiral rotary tunnel is rare in China, and upon its completion, it will facilitate travelling of the local residents in Yuzhong District. (from CSCEC 8th Bureau)
