  • 　　On November 30, China Construction Fifth Engineering Pision Corp., Ltd. (CSCEC 5th Bureau) won the bid for the 'One Road, One Park' PPP project in Wangcheng District, Changsha, Hunan Province, with the contract value being about RMB1.3 billion.
    The Project includes the middle section of Xiaoxiang North Road and the Ecological Park of the Moon Island. Among them, the 8.5km-long and 60m-wide road, once completed, will become an artery connecting the downtown area of Changsha to Wangcheng District, and the park covers a total area of about 780mu.
