  • 　　On December 17, the Board of Directors of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (CSCEC) won the Best Board of Directors Award at the Award Ceremony of the Twelfth Gold Prize of Round Table of Chinese Boards of Listed Companies. Mr. Meng Qingyu, Board Secretary of CSCEC, won the Meritorious Board Secretary Award.
    The evaluation involves recommendation, preliminary review of the panel of judges, publicity and public voting and final review. The Best Board of Directors Award is the highest honor for the board of a company to praise its outstanding performance in terms of the board structure, conduct, incentives, responsibility for shareholders' interest and social responsibility.
