　　China Northwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd (CSCEC Northwest Design Institute) signed with Shaanxi Shangyang Cultural Industry Development Company the FEPC Strategic Cooperation Agreement for the 'Qin·Liyang Historic City' Project on November 29.
Having been approved by Xi'an Municipal Development and Reform Committee [2016] No. 248 Document on July 18, 2016, the Project wins the full support from China Culture Industry Investment Fund and covers a total floor area of about 6.3 million square meters. The Project is designed to include a rule of law civilization exhibition area, core exhibition area of the Qin culture, cultural ecology park, cultural themed park, ecological ranch, creative industry area, recreational area and other auxiliary facilities. The Agreement was signed on the basis of resource advantages of both parties, and involves comprehensive and multi-layered cooperation in project planning, design and FEPC business.
