  • China Shanghai Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd (CSCEC Shanghai Design Institute) has recently signed the lump-sum contract for the design work of Longxiang International Business Center in Changchun.
    As the first large CBD central project in a national level new district in Changchun, the Project covers a total floor area of about 900,000sqm, and consists of a five-star hotel and office buildings, two 170m-high skyscrapers as financial centers, two 90m-high buildings for scientific and technological innovation and investment and business complex (including the supermarket and cinema), as well as apartments.
