　　On July 25, the ceremony for the signing of Strategic Cooperation Agreement between China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd (CSCEC) and Liaoning Provincial People's Government was held in Shenyang. Attending the ceremony were, among others, Provincial Party Secretary Li Xi and Governor Chen Qiufa of Liaoning, along with Chairman Guan Qing and President Wang Xiangming of CSCEC. Vice President Liu Jinzhang of CSCEC and Executive Vice Governor Tan Zuojun of Liaoning Province signed the Agreement on behalf of their respective parties.

　　Based on the Agreement, the two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields such as new-type urbanization construction in Liaoning, urban public supporting service facilities development, etc.

　　Before the signing ceremony, Chairman Guan and President Wang met with Party Secretary Li and Governor Chen. In his talks, Chairman Guan expressed that CSCEC would give full play to such comprehensive service advantages as capital, planning, investment, management, technology, operation, etc., and increase resource investment to Liaoning. CSCEC, he added, was to fully participate in Liaoning's new-type urbanization construction, major infrastructure investment and construction, and urban public supporting service facilities development and operation, so as to make greater contributions to the construction and development of Liaoning Province and revitalization of Northeast China.

　　Party Secretary Li extended his welcome to the delegation led by Chairman Guan visiting Liaoning and expressed his appreciation to CSCEC for the outstanding contributions made to the development of Liaoning Province. He hoped that CSCEC would continue to exert to its comprehensive advantages and intensify cooperation around Liaoning to realize common development through mutual benefit and win-win result.
