  • 　　On May 16, 2016, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (CSCEC 3rd Bureau) won the bid for the general contracting of M&E works of Shenzhen Zhengshun Plaza Renovation Project, with the contract value of approximately 280 million yuan.

    　　With the total building area of 178,000sqm and the height of 180m, the Project is a large-scale super high-rise building complex. The M & E works include electricity, water supply and drainage, air-conditioning, etc.(from CSCEC 3rd Bureau)
