  • 　　On February 6, the consortium established by China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (CSCEC) and China Communications Construction (CCC) won the bid for Huaping-Lijiang Highway PPP Project in Yunnan, or the G4216 road in the National Highway Network.
    The 153km-long highway boasts the designed speed of 80km/h, and the investment totals about RMB28.7 billion. As one of the key strategic projects under the One Belt One Road Initiative framework, the road is the first national highway project under the PPP pattern for the Provincial Government of Yunnan, and CSCEC's most heavily invested project in Yunnan. （from Infrastructure Operations）
