  • 　　On April 26, 2016, the 6th Membership Representative Conference and the 6th Council of China Exploration & Design Associationwas held in Beijing, when Chief Engineer Mao Zhibin of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (CSCEC) and President Xiong Zhongyuan of China Southwest Geotechnical & Design Institute Co., Ltd (CSCEC Southwest Geotechnical Institute) were both elected Vice Chairmen of the 6th Council of China Exploration & Design Association.
