(Stock Code: 0762)China United Network Communications Corporation Limited ('CUCL'), a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Unicom (Hong Kong) Limited (the 'Company'), has completed the issue of the second tranche of super & short-term commercial paper for the year 2015 of an amount of RMB10 billion.
The Company announces that CUCL completed the issue of the second tranche of super & short-term commercial paper for the year 2015 of an amount of RMB10 billion on 20 November 2015, with a maturity period of 270 days and at an interest rate of 3.15% per annum. Interests will accrue from 20 November 2015. The documents relating to the super & short-term commercial paper have been published on the websites of Shanghai Clearing House and Chinamoney.com.cn athttp://www.shclearing.com and http://www.chinamoney.com.cn, respectively.
