(Bermuda) LTD. ("ChipMOS" or the

majority-owned subsidiary, ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC.
("ChipMOS Taiwan"), and Spansion Inc. (NYSE: CODE)
have extended their wafer sort services agreement started in
April 2010, through April 2014.
