Christian Dior annual report as of April 30, 2012 (French
version) has been filed with the Autorité des Marchés
Financiers on October 5, 2012. This document has been made
available to the public in accordance with applicable
regulations and may be found on the Company's website
(www.dior-finance.com) under the "Regulated
information" heading.
The contents of the annual report correspond to those of the
annual financial report, previously published on August 31,
2012, with the addition of (i) the resolutions to be
submitted to the Annual General Meeting on October 26, 2012,
(ii) the corresponding administrative matters and (iii) the
Company's Bylaws taking into account the changes submitted to
the AGM.
