Issue of Equity, Transfer of Shares out of Treasury, To1:al Voting Rights and Director Shareholdings

The Company announces that on 3 May 201 6 opt i ons over a total of 43,942 ordin ary shares of I Op cacl1 in the Company ("Ord inary Shares") were exercised by Director of the Company, as descri bed further below.

David O'Con nor, Chief Execu ti ve Officer, has exercised opt ions over :2.2,609 Ord inary Shares. David Taylor, Fi n ance Di rector, exercised options over 2 I )3 3 Ord i nary Shares.

Following the exercise of opti ons, David O'Conn or's in terest i n the Company totals 54,4!4 Ord inary Shares, reprecnting 0.5% of the Company's issued ord i nary share t:apital. Following the exercise of options as dcst:ribed above, David Tay lor's i nterest in the ('()mpany totals 66,682 Ord inary Shares, represen ti ng 0.6%, of the Company's issued ord i nary share capita!.

The exercise ofthe share options has been ;iat isfied by the t ransfer of 2 l.900 Ord i n ary Shares ou t of treasury. wi th the balance of 22,042 Ord i nary Shares being by t he issue of new Ordinary Shares by the Company.
