NACEX, the Logista Group parcel and express courier firm, has renewed its corporate website, www.nacex.es, with novelties regarding design, browsing and content. With this renewal the company keeps betting on quality to boost growth for continuously improving its activity.

The new www.nacex.es is adapted to new needs by users, who make extensive use of mobile devices to consult, and so is responsive and adjusts to the different mobile devices. Thanks to its design, more modern and intuitive, the new web improves the browsing experience and facilitates consulting data in a more intuitive environment for the user.

Reinforces its service to customers

Novelties regarding content include an online chat to reinforce customer service. This new channel for clients adds to its customer free phone number (900 100 000), its e-mail (atencion.cliente@nacex.es) and Twitter profile (@nacexclientes). Also, the new online chat facilitates immediately supporting clients and streamlines solving incidents.

With over 1 million users during the first half of 2017, the NACEX web consolidates itself as the company's main information and communication tool with clients and franchises.
