CIMB Group Names Former RHB Executive Renzo Viegas As Group Deputy CEO

CIMB Group Holdings Bhd (1023.KU), Malaysia's second largest bank by assets, said Thursday it has appointed Renzo Viegas as its group deputy chief executive and head of consumer banking starting April 2.
Viegas was formerly deputy chief executive at the commercial banking arm of RHB Capital Bhd (1066.KU). He will be heading CIMB's consumer bank in Malaysia and provide oversight for the Singapore and Cambodia markets, CIMB Group said in a statement.
