Milan, December 29 2014 - Under the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of June 30 and in implementation of the notice published on October 27, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 22 and 23 2014 it bought back 567,000 of its own shares at an average price of € 0.8573, for a total amount of € 486,106.30. CIR S.p.A. is now holding a total of 54,403,703 of its own shares, equal to 6.849% of its share capital.
