Milan, March 23 2015 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on June 30 2014 and according to the notice published on October 27, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between 16 and 20 March 2015 it bought back 929,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0612, for a total amount of € 985,816.20.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 68,001,658 own shares, equal to 8.5613% of its share capital.
