Milan, March 30 2015 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on June 30 2014 and according to the notice published on October 27, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between 23 and 27 March 2015 it bought back 944,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0737, for a total amount of € 1,013,553.80.

CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 68,945,658 own shares, equal to 8.6801% of its share capital.
