Milan, July 6 2015 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between June 29 and July 3 2015 it bought back 1,278,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9398, for a total amount of € 1,201,018.00.

CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 82,971,080 own shares, equal to 10.4459% of its share capital.
