Milan, July 27 2015 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between July 20 and 24 2015 it bought back 973,042 own shares at an average price of € 0.9785, for a total amount of € 952,159.32.

CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 85,960,360 own shares, equal to 10.8223% of its share capital.
