Milan, August 10 2015 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 3 and 7 2015 it bought back 958,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9457, for a total amount of € 905,948.80. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 87,918,025 own shares, equal to 11.0687% of its share capital.
