Milan, August 17 2015 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 10 and 14 2015 it bought back 899,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9245, for a total amount of € 831,084.70. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 88,817,025 own shares, equal to 11.1819% of its share capital.
