Milan, August 31 2015 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 24 and 28 2015 it bought back 1,200,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.8173, for a total amount of € 980,803.20. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 90,933,505 own shares, equal to 11.4484% of its share capital.
