Milan, November 2 2015 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 26 and 30 2015 it bought back 1,122,364 own shares at an average price of € 0.9985, for a total amount of € 1,120,681.96. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 100,695,890 own shares, equal to 12.6774% of its share capital.
