Milan, December 7 2015 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 30 and December 4 it bought back 875,975 own shares at an average price of € 1.0470, for a total amount of € 917,180.86. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 105,942,438 own shares, equal to 13.3380% of its share capital.
