Milan, December 5 2016 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 28 and December 2 it bought back 49,002 own shares at an average price of € 0.9433, for a total amount of € 46,225.47. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 128,215,706 own shares, equal to 16.1421% of its share capital.
