Milan, January 2 2017 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 27 and 30 2016 it bought back 71,925 own shares at an average price of € 1.0152, for a total amount of € 73,017.77.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 128,606,602 own shares, equal to 16.1913% of its share capital.
